The location of this hostel was fantastic, with stores and a clinic right around the corner. It was also conveniently located near the main square, an easy walk to all the sights. the social area was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. the rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast provided was quite basic and could have been more substantial.

For the price we paid, Intro Hostels offered great value. Our private room was spacious, rustic, and affordable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from San Francisco Plaza, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The value for money at Intro Hostels was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal, with Plaza De Armas just a few blocks away, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even willing to change my reservation when I arrived late due to a strike in town. The highlight was definitely the hot showers and the unique touch of having cleaning done throughout the day.

The only improvement I can suggest for breakfast is to have a more extensive menu. The included egg, although tasty, would sometimes sit for a while and get cold.
